What information is required to place an order?

Our products can only be ordered by authorised organisations. Therefore, it is essential to fill out the fields correctly when registering for an online account or placing an order with our team so that we can verify your order quickly and easily.

• Product code(s) of the item(s) you would like to purchase, plus size and quantities.
• Shipping address and billing address.
• Organisation number and VAT code.
• Your quoted price and quote number (if applicable).
• Your Purchase Order number (if applicable).
• Your telephone number (to contact you in case we have any questions about your request).
• Your email address (for order confirmations and invoices).
