How do I cancel an order?
Cancellations are only possible before we place the order at our supplier.
Thereafter, any cancellations are subject to our supplier agreements, which means that restocking fees may apply.
The return of refrigerated products is not possible.
If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with us straight after placing the order, preferably by emailing us at mail@szabo-scandic.com and referencing your order number.
